As the first reviewer has stated, this particular model does not come with the features stated.
amazon have confused the zire21 with the zire71 model, which comes with the camera and mp3 playback etc.
nevertheless, this is a good pda which fullfills basic needs and is well priced

I own one of these and was happy with it for the price, but the reviewer who says that the features listed on this page are wrong - well, hes right. It doesnt have a digital camera, or an mp3 player etc. I emailed amazon to point this out and they promised to correct it, but they havent so far. The description above is of the Palm Zire Z1, not 21 (someone cant tell the difference between a Z and a 2)...

I have recently purchased a Palm Zire 21 from Amazon. Can I point out that the features as listed by Amazon for this product are entirely incorrect - it does not have a built in digital camera, Mp3 playback, stereo headphone jack, Expansion slot for mmc & sd cards, Built-in voice communications etc.etc. Not sure which product this refers to but is definitely NOT the Palm Zire 21 as sold by Amazon. There could be some more very dissapointed customers!!
